Massage is not an ordinary relaxation technique, as is often thought. It brings not only mental relaxation, but also muscle relaxation. Our massages are extremely rich in various techniques, manoeuvres and variants. From gentle, soothing Swedish/Holistic massage to Deep tissue muscle tension releasing and pain relieving massages.

Swedish Massage (holistic) is performed with the use of an oil and is best performed on a massage table. Deep or light, relaxing or stimulating, depending on the intensity and rhythm, it follows the direction of the muscle fibres and the direction of the blood flow. This technique is modifiable, it can be adapted to the Client’s needs. The specific movements of this massage are intended to warm up tense zones to make muscles and tendons more flexible, to remove the tension felt by most people. Muscle tensions are often triggered by repetitive movements, stress or poor posture. Swedish massage can soothe them, restoring a sense of lightness and wellness. This massage also promotes proper blood circulation, acts as lymphatic drainage, facilitating the elimination of toxins from the body, regeneration and better oxygenation of tissues. Carrier oils for the massage are carefully selected for a specific person and are tailored to their needs.
Deep Tissue Massage, despite the scary sounding name, is gentle and takes place at a slow pace. The purpose of deep tissue massage is to influence the condition of the muscles – to reduce their tension and relaxation, as well as to increase the smoothness of movements. The method allows for quick and very effective release of muscle and fascial tension, also with dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system and posture defects. During the session, the therapist uses only a small amount of massage oils or wax, because they make it difficult to reach the tissues accurately. The effects of deep massage are often described as greater and faster than in the case of Swedish massage or relaxing massages.
We also offer Hot Stone Massage (or hot & cold stones), Indian Head Massage (scalp, neck and face massage), Natural Lift Facial Massage (a combination of Japanese Kobido massage, Indian face massage and face reflexology).
Benefits
Swedish massage is ideal for people experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, moderate pain or fatigue, or who are having difficulty sleeping. It can be also used to reduce swelling and inflammation, increase circulation, and flush out harmful toxins in the body.
Deep tissue massage gives long-term benefits, such as: reducing pain, increasing the range of motion and the degree of muscle relaxation, improving body posture, increasing flexibility and quality of movement.

What can you expect from the first visit?
At the beginning of your first session you will be required to fill out a confidential health history form, which will help your therapist in creating your assessment and treatment plan. The therapist will then explain the massage process and answer any questions you may have about your condition or tension. Remember that your first visit will include the assessment in your treatment time.
