Join us for a magical New Moon Sound Meditation, where the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal. The New Moon is a time for new beginnings, introspection, and setting intentions for the month ahead. This session is designed to harness the powerful energy of the New Moon, helping you release the old and welcome the new.

During this meditation, the harmonious vibrations of the singing bowls will create a serene atmosphere, allowing you to connect with your inner self and the natural rhythms of the universe. The sound waves will help clear any energetic blockages, promote healing, and enhance your overall well-being.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?

Please bring a yoga mat (camping mattress is great too), as well as a pillow, an eye mask and a BLANKET so that you are warm and cosy!! If you have a bolster bring it too to support your knees (and a lower back).

Special cautions for participation in the sound sessions: people with a pacemaker, pregnant women (to be agreed with a host), people suffering from epilepsy or severe mental health issues (GP/your consultant’s consultation might be advised prior to attending the sound healing session).

If you use a hearing aid it is advisable to turn it off for the sound bath part of the event.

The venue is accessible for the wheelchair users.

We know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some, and we try to have a free space available for those who can’t afford to pay the recommended price. If you think you are in need of healing and cannot afford the ticket – simply email me on rc.therapies@gmail.com ( I cannot guarantee a free ticket for a fully pre-booked event).
