About

Hi,

I’m Magdalena.

I am a registered Complementary Therapist (CAM) and provider of Aromatherapy,
Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Reiki and Sound Therapy. I am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT – the largest professional association for therapists in the UK and Ireland) and I am fully qualified and insured.

How it started?

Before becoming a therapist, I completed a Masters degree of Environmental Conservation and had a full career in environmental consultancy sector. However, after 11 years, I wanted a big change in my life. Close contact with Nature and environmental problems have always absorbed me, but a greater awareness of the unity of man with nature and our amazing natural self-healing abilities appeared relatively recently. I owe a lot in my life to complementary therapies, which not only restored my health, but also enriched my life and myself on so many levels. Thanks to them, I found my calling, the true north. I realised that our health and wellness is who we are. How we live our life, deal with opportunities and challenges.

Happiness comes from living well, and the life we truly, wholeheartedly desire.

ღ Natural healing provides the love, conditions and support we need for change for a better to take place ღ

My Therapeutic Space

I love to hold a beautiful, safe space for other women, where they can relax, regain their inner balance, open their hearts and heal. I truly believe in sisterhood of all women in the world and that all women have to support each other.

I love bringing women together through meditation, presence and my therapies. In my work I offer sound baths, reflexology treatments, fragrant aromatherapy massage with high quality therapeutic essential oils, relaxing foot and facial massages and 1-2-1 sound healing sessions. In addition I lovingly provide free consultations and aftercare advice on a variety of female health issues.
