WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?

During a sound bath, participants will lie down and get comfortable with blankets and pillows whilst being immersed in the vibrations of sound therapy instruments – therapeutic singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. During the session you may experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions, as well as calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.

We encourage you to invite your loved ones and friends who may also benefit from this unique experience!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?

Please bring a yoga mat (camping mattress is great too), as well as a pillow, an eye mask and a BLANKET so that you are warm and cosy!! If you have a bolster bring it too to support your knees (and a lower back).

Special cautions for participation in the sound sessions:

• people with a pacemaker or metal implants,
• pregnant women (to be consulted with a host),
• people suffering from epilepsy, PTSD or severe mental health issues (GP/your consultant’s consultation might be advised prior to attending the sound healing session).

If you use a hearing aid it is advisable to turn it off for the sound bath part of the event.

The venue is accessible for the wheelchair users.

We know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some, and we try to have a free space available for those who can’t afford to pay the recommended price. If you think you are in need of healing and cannot afford the ticket – simply email me on rc.therapies@gmail.com ( I cannot guarantee a free ticket for a fully pre-booked event).
